Black&white desert

While excessive dwelling on the past is usually not very productive, I found that trying my new editing tools and techniques on images acquired a while ago can produce good results. Here are some photos I took several years ago during a winter trip to the American Southwest (Utah and Arizona). I found the original colors where not that eye-catching and used Lightroom monochrome and dual-tone pre-sets. I'm quite pleased with the outcome.
